Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design)
We will provide:
- A full refund, OR
- A free replacement (re-ship at no charge)

Because our products are custom-made:

We understand mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong size or color, contact us immediately (before the item ships) and we will do our best to cancel or modify the order.
Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds for buyer's remorse are not guaranteed, but we will consider:

- Special circumstances (medical emergency, financial hardship, etc.)

Lost Packages
Responsibility
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- We will assist with carrier investigations
- If tracking shows package is lost in transit:
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- After confirmation, we will re-ship or refund (your choice)
Timeline
- Wait 10 business days after expected delivery date before filing a claim
- Carrier investigations can take 2-4 weeks
- We will update you throughout the process
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Request a refund for the defective/incorrect item (if applicable)
- Place a new order with the correct specifications
This ensures faster processing since exchanges would require coordinating return shipping.
Custom Orders and Limited Editions
Non-Refundable
- Limited edition or "drop" items (explicitly marked as final sale)
- Personalized/customized products with your name or custom text
These are typically non-refundable unless defective.
Refund Process
Fulfillment Costs and Processor Decisions
Approved refunds are issued based on the amount paid to us and what can be recovered from payment and fulfillment processors. For made-to-order items, production costs charged by the fulfillment provider may be non-recoverable after production begins.
If a defect claim requires additional review by our fulfillment partner, we may request photos and make a final determination after processor review. We will communicate the final decision and next steps by email.
How Long Will It Take?
- Request received: We respond within 2-3 business days
- Issue confirmed: Refund or replacement initiated within 24-48 hours
- Refund issued: Processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Payment processor: PayPal typically reflects refunds within 3-5 business days
Total timeline: Approximately 2-3 weeks from initial contact to refund in your account.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal account or card used for payment)
- We do NOT issue refunds via store credit, gift cards, or other methods
- No cash refunds
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund:
- Minor defects that don't affect usability (e.g., slight color variation)
- Items that have been used or washed (reducing resale value)
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Costs

- If you change your mind and we approve a return, you are responsible for return shipping
Replacements
- Replacement items ship for free if the original item was defective or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

- Print colors may vary slightly from screen displays (monitor calibration differences)
- Fabric texture and fit may vary slightly between products (refer to size charts)
- Minor variations are normal and not considered defects
